Takes 2 minutes — our designer will contact you on WhatsApp.
We know many Dhaka flat owners have had bad experiences with budgets growing, work dragging on and promises not kept. That is why our whole process is built around avoiding them.
Every item, material and cost is listed and in your hands before work begins.
What starts when, what finishes when, and your handover date — all in writing.
Design, furniture, ceiling, lighting and execution — all handled by ArcAttic’s own team.
We take your feedback at every stage and hand over only when you are fully satisfied.
Every step is transparent — you always know what is happening and when.
By phone, WhatsApp or at our office, we discuss your family’s needs, style and budget.
Our team visits your flat, takes measurements and studies the space.
Layouts, colour scheme, itemised budget and Gantt timeline — for your approval.
Our own team builds it, with regular updates and adjustments based on your feedback.
Final handover only when you are completely satisfied — welcome home.
No more running between shops, carpenters and designers.
Final cost depends on size, materials and design — you get an itemised quote after the site visit.
Tell us your budget in the form and we will prepare design options to match it.
“From start to finish, Arcattic exceeded my expectations and transformed my living space. They provided regular updates on the project’s progress and delivered within the agreed-upon timeframe.”
“Efficient working style and competitive pricing. Service is delivered with perfect satisfaction.”
It depends on the flat size, number of rooms and materials. After the site visit we give you an itemised budget, so you can see where every taka goes.
It varies with project size. Once the design is approved we give you a written Gantt timeline, so you know in advance when each part will be finished.
Our focus is complete apartment interiors, because the whole home then works together in one theme. Tell us what you need and we will suggest the best solution.
